Martina is the founder and director of the non-profit organization INEV. Her organization’s mission is to improve economic and financial education in schools and thus develop a more educated and free society. Since 2017, more than 350,000 students around the world have participated in the Economics Olympiad. INEV helps thousands of teachers to teach economics, finance and business better and more effectively, and to make these subjects fun and relevant for their students.

Money & Bitcoin: Modern and Practical Education

Bitcoin can seem a controversial subject in school at first glance. Getting this topic into schools' financial literacy curricula will certainly not be an easy task. The founder and director of INEV will tell us how it can be done. The talk will show how Bitcoin can be used as a practical and comprehensible tool in primary and secondary school teaching, without being about ideology or investment advice.
