Before joining RootstockLabs, he led EMEA Customer Experience at Circle, supporting exchanges, market makers, corporations, and Web3-native businesses in adopting USDC and EUROC for global payments and commerce. Earlier in his career, Richard held senior leadership roles at Bloomberg, where he oversaw broker relationships and customer support strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
