Štěpán is the regional coordinator for Central and Eastern Europe at Students For Liberty, with which he promotes the ideas of freedom that he discovered through his great interest in bitcoin. He is currently studying computer science at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University and teaches at a high school. Besides bitcoin, he is interested in neural networks.
