Bitcoin vs. Bureaucracy: Regulation, Control & the CBDC Threat
As Bitcoin rises, so does the pressure to tame it.

From sweeping regulation like Europe’s MiCA to the looming rollout of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), the battle for financial freedom is moving into the legal and institutional arena. But not everyone is playing defense.

In this panel, we bring together insiders and industry leaders navigating the regulatory battlefield.

Together, they’ll discuss how Bitcoin companies can stay sovereign, the real risks of CBDCs, and what it takes to push back against bureaucracy without getting buried by it.

If you care about the future of permissionless money, this is where the next moves are being made.
