Scott Ellam is the Founder and CEO of Connecting Excellence Group (XCE), the UK-based international executive recruitment group built on a Bitcoin standard. Since 2014, he has led Spencer Riley, XCE’s flagship subsidiary, and has built a profitable and high-performing executive recruitment business. In 2021, he introduced a Bitcoin treasury strategy, establishing a sound money foundation to strengthen the balance sheet for future growth. With the launch of XCE as a BTCTC company, the executive search business is uniquely positioned for accelerated growth driven by the Group’s Bitcoin treasury strategy. XCE plans to pursue a future IPO to increase access to capital, expand its Bitcoin treasury and strengthen talent attraction through performance-based share options. In doing so, the company also plans to scale its BTC-specialist executive recruitment division to drive education, integration and corporate Bitcoin adoption.
