MiCA, DAC8 and the Coming of CBDCs: What Every Bitcoiner Needs to Know (and Do)
The regulatory landscape in Europe is changing. MiCA's KYC requirements and DAC8's cross-border tax reporting standards are now real constraints —not hypotheticals— while the CBDC and Digital Euro agenda is accelerating. This panel cuts through the noise and maps exactly where we stand, what's coming next, and what it means for your privacy, your sovereignty, and your Bitcoin.
The bigger question is: what should you do about this? Europe's regulatory direction isn't fixed — it's a political process, and Bitcoiners have more leverage than they think. This panel is a call to action: understand the rules being written, engage the people making them, and stop leaving the future of financial freedom to politicians who've never seen a wallet.
